Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 20% of the scheduled service cost. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be BANNED. 4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. 5.
